We are pleased to announced that construction work on Phase I of Switchback Apartments – Cantonments, is progressing steadily. Here’s what we’ve been up to:
- Floor and wall tiling of the 4 storey building is 70% complete.
- Internal plastering is about 90% done while external plastering is about 85% done.
- Installation of glazed doors and windows are ongoing.
- MEP first and second fixes installations, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and AC installations are 80% complete.
- Fixing of door frames is underway
- Generator and Switch room is complete
- External services (plumbing) has begun.
- Concrete and iron works for underground water tank is complete.
- Roofing work has been completed.
